To Whom It May Concern:
Ref: W.L. Construction Ltd.

Our architectural firm has pr4ojects mainly in the public sector, province-wide. Current projects include the Fort St. John Hospital renovation ($6.5 million) which is nearing completion.
We can confirm that W.L. Construction of Fort St. John, who were general contractors for the Fort St. John Hospital, completed the project on budget and on time. Contingency expenditure for Client's non-discretionary items was 3%, of which half was an unanticipated asbestos abatement item; thus, contingency expenditure due to normal "unforeseens" on a complex renovations was 1.5% - this is most unusual and unlikely to be bettered by most Contractors.
In addition, we can confirm that Bruce Reid, owner of W.L. Construction, and Dale Neuls his Site Supervisor had the following attributes:

- integrity in both financial and business dealings
- no surprises
- good humour, non-confrontational
- good knowledge of constructions, and where new situations/products occurred, short learning curve.

All in all, working with W.L. Construction was a pleasant experience and we would recommend this company to future clients.

Yours truly,

R. Hunt, MAIBC, RIBA,
Municipal Manager
