Re: Water Damage

Thank you for all your assistance with respect to the above noted incident. To come home and find our new house full of water was a tremendous shock. Having never filed an insurance claim, but hearing lots of horror stories, we did not know what to expect. To say we were stressed would have been an understatement.

However, your calm demeanor and professionalism provided us the assurance that we needed just at the right time. For this we are very grateful. Given the support of your insurance company (in contrast to the horror stories one hears), they probably have a client for life

I would also like to comment on the work done by WL Construction. We were exposed to a variety of different contractors during the building of our new home. The construction exceeded the deadline for completion by several months and there is still some work outstanding after a year. As a result, we were extremely doubtful about the repairs being done in a two week time period. In other words, the construction industry did not have a very good reputation in our eyes.

I am very pleased to say that WL Construction has restored our faith in the industry. Instead of 2 and 3 hour lunch breaks, we had become used to, their men took only a half hour. You could also set your watch by the time they arrived and their coffee breaks: 8:00 a.m. and precisely a 15 minute coffee break in the afternoon - not a minute more!

In addition, the quality of their work is second to none. We are extremely pleased with their attention to detail. There has been nothing that we have had to ask them to take a second look at. In other words, we are a real fan of them as well! If we ever need any work done, they are going to be the first we call!

In closing I would like to thank you again for all of your assistance.
