Bruce Reid is the President and owner of WL Construction.

When Bruce finished his Construction Engineering Technology course in Hamilton he headed west, and then north to Fort St. John. He started with W. L. as an estimator in 1979. Over a period of time he became the Construction Manager, Sales Representative and Designer, after success in these capacities, in 1993, he bought the company. Bruce states "Our people have always been our strength. Dale Neuls is the Project Manager and Estimator. His roots go back to Saskatchewan where he was involved in a family run business. Dale started with WL over ten years ago as an apprentice carpenter. In 2001, he was the Supervisor and Project Manager for a six million dollar expansion to the Fort St. John Hospital. Darren Lockhart started in the office in 2005. He completed his Engineering Design and Drafting Program at SAIT. Darren does the estimating doing Project Management with us, you can contact him at dlockhart@wlconstruction.com .

Carina Milan - Estimator / Project Manager was born and raised in Fort St John and after spending six years in school and doing some traveling she has returned home to the Peace Country. She has a diploma in Business Administration – Accounting from Mount Royal College and a diploma in Architectural Technologies – Building Development Technologies from SAIT Polytechnic. She began working as an Estimator/Project Manager with WL Construction in May 2009 and has overseen such projects as the North Peace Museum expansion project and the new Sander Rose Trobak office building.

Linda Ergang is the Company Comptroller and Bookkeeper and has been with the company since 1988.

FIELD STAFF

We have a field staff of 8 supervisors and the required carpenters and workers to allow us to work on 8 Projects simultaneously.
